The Tchernivtsi communal enterprise of “Mistobud” carried auction of retail-office-centre sale on the street of Stasyuka, 30 from July, 23 to August, 1. As reported ZAXID.NET press-centre of city advice, on meeting a city executive committee agreed about new date of leadthrough of auction an on July, 22.

The city executive committee allowed  to carry out retail-office-centre sale on the street of Stasyuka,30 on condition of payment: 50% costs of sale of object during 14 days, and other - during 90 days from the moment of signing of contract of purchase-sale.

A starting cost of object is 14,67 million Uah An area is 1 439,6 kv m. Auction is conducted by the Bukovyna universal exchange. Auction will take place in Tchernivtsi on the street of Stasyuka, 20 at 11:00. Closing date of reception of requests on July, 28.

A winner must sign the contract of purchase-sale during 13 days from the day of leadthrough of auction.
