“No” monopoly in realty sector

The statement concerning monopolization of the realty companies, sounding from lips of the former president of Association of experts of the real estate of Ukraine Alexander Bondarenko, is groundless.
On it the correspondent of LigaBusinessInform was informed by Anatoly Topal, the vice-president of the Union of experts in the real estate of Ukraine.
As he said, really, in the beginning of 2008 between two realty organizations had signed the agreement on profound cooperation. “But about any joining to Association, especially merging in this organization is not possible”, - has declared A.Topal.
The Vice-premier of the Union of experts in the real estate has declared, that “session of our organization recently has taken place, and we have accepted two more Kiev companies and 16 of regional agencies. Among which agencies of the real estate from Rivne, Sumy, Ivano-Frankovsk and other cities”. “40 or more applications wait for decision-making”, - has informed A.Topal.
Saying about that at present rieltors supports and decisions of some legislative questions demand, A.Topol has noted: “We are at one in many questions with Association, but it not an occasion to merge in one organization”.
Let’s remind, earlier the head of Association of experts in the real estate of Ukraine Alexander Bondarenko has declared active negotiations concerning merge of Association with the Union of experts in the real estate of Ukraine. “This organization could not type all Ukrainian scales, besides we have many ideologically close moments. Thus in the Union perfectly understand, that as a result of merge something will turn out Association, instead of another”, - has declared A.Bondarenko.
